I am a leadership and organization development consultant/adviser, educator, and author with more than 35 years of experience in the field of human and organizational learning.  

Meet Diane

I work solo and collaboratively with other consultants who care about human-centered, inclusive leadership and organizational change. Two of the core values that guide my work are to treat all people with respect and dignity, and act with integrity and humility. My experience includes designing and facilitating leader/leadership development programs; developing strategic change and transition strategies; helping boards and executive leadership teams in various stages of strategic planning clarify their mission, values, vision, and goals; facilitating team development; delivering training and workforce development programs; and retreat/meeting facilitation in organizations of various sizes and complexity, primarily in the healthcare and health sector. In addition, I have worked in human services, nonprofit, for-profit, government organizations, and academia.
